PE material is also an environmentally friendly material, and like PET material, PE material can also be in direct contact with the material body. However, the process of using PE material to shape plastic bottles is relatively simple. PE material can be molded at one time, and the finished product can be directly injected. In particular, the surface of PE material is matte, not as bright as PET material, and the caliber of PE material is rough, so it cannot be made into a transparent effect. In addition, the surface of PE material is not suitable for spraying, so it cannot be colored, and even if it is colored, it is easy to lose color.
PP material also belongs to the environmental protection material, can also directly contact the material body. PP material density is small, its strength, rigidity, hardness, and heat resistance are better than PET material, the most critical is that PP material can be used at about 100 degrees. However, when the temperature is too low, PP material will become brittle, in addition, this material is not wear-resistant, so PP material is generally used to make the lid of cosmetic plastic bottles.
ABS material has good strength and toughness and is a thermoplastic polymer material that can be easily processed and molded. It is strong, corrosion-resistant, and high temperature resistant, so it is often used to make plastic shells. The surface of the products made of ABS material is smooth and easy to dye and plate, and some caps that need to be plated are generally made of this material. Some double-layer cosmetic plastic bottles are also commonly used for this material.
Acrylic material is generally used in the manufacture of injection-molded bottles because the chemical resistance of acrylic material is poor. In general, products made of acrylic material cannot be filled with cream directly, and need to be paired with an inner liner to block the erosion of chemicals. When filling acrylic plastic bottles, it is best not to fill them too full to prevent the cream from entering between the liner and the acrylic bottle to erode the acrylic material and make the acrylic material crack. The packaging requirements of acrylic products during transportation are also relatively high because the acrylic cosmetic plastic bottles are scratched after the scar is very obvious, so in order to ensure the effectiveness of the product sold, the seller will usually pack the acrylic plastic bottles tightly. Acrylic material is highly permeable and looks very thick, and because of its excellent characteristics, it is correspondingly very expensive.
